Salary (Payband E): £29,184 - £43,927 (+ up to £4k qualification allowance + pension + excellent package)
Starting salary will be determined by applicants' current salary and experience.
Local and professional pay allowances are available, where applicable.
HMPS at RAF Coltishall will be the newest public sector prison in England and Wales. This is an exciting time and a great opportunity to become part of the Senior Management Team from the start. The successful candidate will play a leading role in building the foundations of the prison’s success.
Our HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role as a key member of our Senior Management Team.
The role will be varied and challenging, and you will be responsible for ensuring effective organisational design, and effective strategic employee communications. Suitable applicants should have: managed people and budgets successfully; delivered change successfully; demonstrated credibility with colleagues at all levels of an organisation.
Candidates must be CIPD qualified to graduate level or above or be willing to obtain the qualification within three years of taking up post.
